1. Shipping Policy

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

2. Canadian Sales Tax Policy

In accordance with Canadian tax laws, sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on the shipping destination of your order, not where the purchase originates.   • New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador, Nova Scotia, PEI: 15% HST

3. Refunds & Returns Policy

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return on unopened items.

  • Vacuum-Sealed Packaging: To protect product safety and quality, items that are vacuum-sealed or heat-sealed cannot be returned or refunded once the outer seal has been broken or opened.

  • Our Satisfaction Guarantee: Your satisfaction is incredibly important to us. If you are not completely satisfied, or if there is legitimately a problem or defect with your order, we want to make it right. Please email us at info@sheepsdown.com with your order number, feedback, and clear photos. We review every situation individually to find a fair solution (replacement, store credit, or refund).

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs on eligible, unopened items. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
